„Beautiful unit in a great location, secure building, air conditioning, two bathrooms. Walking distance to central Florence. Good communication but having to phone to complete entry could be a barrier for some people. On the pricey side but really enjoyed staying there.“

„The apartment was in a great location not too far from the river and we were amazed by how spacious, homely and cool it felt with great air conditioning. There was plenty to do in the area surrounding the apartment including a short walk to the Piazzale Michangelo viewpoint and Giardino Bardini which both had amazing views across the city. We did have an issue where the shower flooded a bit. But as we were only staying for 2 nights it wasn't too much of an issue so we didn't raise it. There ...

„Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage: man kann sie ganz einfach mit dem Zug vom Flughafen aus erreichen und läuft keine 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Wir waren mit vier Personen in der Wohnung und hatten alle genügend Platz. Der große Vorteil sind zwei Bäder. Kleinere Reparaturen wurden schnell und umgehend erledigt.“

We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, see the sites, museums and it was an easy walk to the Arno River for sunset gatherings and to the train station. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. „This apartment is perfectly located just south of Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno area. A quick walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, but also just on the edge of the non-touristy side of Firenze. The apartment has an amazing kitchen, is very clean and safe. My favorite stay during a recent 2 week visit to Italy. I will 100% book with Mamo in the future. “
