The Cocoonr agency is offering this beautiful, air-conditioned villa with a swimming pool for rent in Grignan. It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, three shower rooms (each with a shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fondue set, etc.
- Three master bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower).

The house is ideally located in Grignan, in a very pleasant residential area on the outskirts of the town. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, supermarkets, etc.

Activities :
A 5-minute walk from the Domaine Viticole de Montine, visits to the Château de Grignan, wine tasting, cycling, accrobranche. In summer: correspondence festival, night-time festivals, theatre at the château, craft markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car (the preferred means of transport), you can park directly in the house's private car park, which contains between 3 and 4 vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Donzère less than 20 minutes away by car (16 km)
- Nearest airport: Marseille, about 1 hour 30 minutes away (135 km)
