On this level, you will also find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a television, a bathroom or shower room with toilets, and an independent bedroom with a TV as well as an en suite shower room and toilet.
On the upper level, you will have 3 bedrooms with shower rooms and toilets, as well as a terrace.
You will have access to a very beautiful infinity pool facing the sea, a petanque court, sheltered parking for 2 cars at the entrance of the property, and a garage.
Pets may be allowed but only after the owner's authorization.

The final cleaning is an additional €200.
The security deposit to be paid upon arrival is €3000.

The villa must be returned in an impeccable state, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.
