We got a twin bed room even though we are a couple and asked for a double. You can‘t move the beds, this was really disappointing. Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street
Location - the only reason to book it - Nevertheless the less positiv things, for a 2 night stay I’ll do it again. Some of the staff are super attentive others aren’t. Overall ok

Canto del Sol Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive
Eine sehr schöne Anlage, aber die Zimmer sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Ein Abflussrohr leckte stark (wurde aber schnell repariert), Dusche mal mit viel mal mit wenig, mal mit heißen mal nur mit kaltem Wasser. Es roch nach Schimmel (vermutlich von der Klimaanlage).

Costa Sur Resort & Spa
I had an awesome stay at Costa del Sur. I chose that location because there was a wedding of friends nearby. Nice hotel, clean rooms, etc. But what was OUTSTANDING was the friendlyness of the staff. This was especially evident when they helped me finding my cell phone that I forgot in a cab.
