Hôtels avec vue à Gros Islet, Sainte-Lucie

« I give Sanrai two thumbs up, very comfortable with modern amenities, very cozy indeed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly management responded to questions or any messages I sent requesting assistance. Staff was very helpful from booking to check out. This property is highly recomended. »

« The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped. »

« Tout était tres bien Rien a signaler »

« We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the location is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! »

« Petit déjeuner satisfaisant et varié. Personnel accueillant. Chambre: spacieuse, literie douteuse. »

« It s good »

« This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

« Clean. Exactly as pictured. AC in both bedroom and living room. »

« Everything was spot on. Friendly and accommodating were our hosts. Great value for the money. Thank you for your hospitality. »
