From the moment we arrived at Casa Salles Hotel Boutique, the tone was set for an unforgettable stay. The front desk team went above and beyond — our wonderful check-in host surprised us with a room upgrade right off the bat, and the warm welcome didn’t stop there. Fresh water, desserts, and a signature tequila welcome drink were waiting in our room, which was spotless and modern.
Speaking of tequila — there’s something truly special about lounging by a stunning pool while the breeze carries the scent of the tequila-making process drifting over from next door. It added an authentic, local charm you can’t manufacture. The property itself is gorgeous, with magnificent mango trees dotting the grounds that give it a lush, tropical feel.
We had the pleasure of dining at the on-site restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The menu struck a perfect balance between rich, traditional cuisine and international options for those craving something familiar — every dish was top notch.
Our front desk host was an absolute standout. She was incredibly helpful in arranging tours and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. That kind of genuine, attentive service is rare and made all the difference.
Fair warning — the road leading to the Hotel is a bit rough, but don’t let that deter you. It’s not far from the main area of town, and once you arrive, you’ll quickly agree it was absolutely worth it.
We will without a doubt be return.
