Historic and conveniently located however room 211 was just across a karaoke bar. It was terribly noisy until after 1am. The room smell like sewage. The staff at the front desk was helpful. The lady that took our order at the restaurant was distracted , unable to explain a simple menu question.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I have to admit that I will be coming back next time I’m in Guadalajara. The property is super clean, has amazing customer service and the location is within walking distance for everything in Guadalajara Centro. At first I thought I needed a taxi to get around downtown and I was wrong. I definitely recommend this hotel, they have security at the door all day which made us feel safe. If I was to give something negative about my review, it will have to be the bed sizes, we got a 2 beds room and the size were smaller than a queen but slightly bigger than a twin. Next time I’ll probably stay in a king bed instead.

This is the only Hotel I stay in when I come to Guadalajara. It is located in the central part of the city and is extremely convenient. It feels like a classic old hotel, but the facilities are immaculate.

The beds were to small need queen bed size. Air conditioner blew in your face . We had to check out one day earlier the hotel changed for the night anyway. If you don’t use the room it should have been changed. Very disappointed.

The hotel was in historic center a lot of places walking distance. The restaurant at hotel has great food. Breakfast buffet in the morning and the restaurant is open all day. They have rooftop pool that is nice for hot days. We booked a massage at spa and we were very satisfied. Reception is open 24hours. The rooms are roomy and comfy. The staff all very nice and helpful. Loved our stay and would definitely come back

Nos gusta la ubicación en el centro de Guadalajara y el sentido de la historia del hotel. Todos los empleados son amables. Además, la comida es excelente.
