„We are very private people, and hate it when we rent a cabin and have any other houses within sight, to say nothing of those rentals with next door neighbors right on top of you. This gorgeous little cabin is tucked in the middle of the CR rain forest. No neighbors at all. Just hummingbirds, gorgeous butterflies and lots of other wildlife. The cabin was simple, but tidy, and provided everything we needed. Bill and Rosalee are extremely gracious hosts, and made the check-in/out process as easy as ...

„La Finca Azul is a really nice place to stay. We only stayed for one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. It's surrounded by beautiful nature, with a river nearby. The food was good, and the owner's daughters were really sweet to our two-year-old. If you want a peaceful getaway with nature and friendly people, this is a great place to go.“

„We loved this property and I only wish we had more time. The host and the caretaker were responsive. Excellent bird watching in the mornings. Fresh guava to eat off the trees. We had two dinners at the farm next store and they were delicious! A lovely stay and my only wish is we had more time. Ricardo was super friendly and very helpful. A bit tricky to find but excellent directions. I hope to go back some day.“

„The house was well maintained and comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable) and the location was perfect for hiking Volcan Barva and starting our CR trip. The only issue we had was with the management company, Vacasa, who didn't communicate our arrival to the house manager, but otherwise it was perfect.“
