First and foremost the property address given on Expedia is NOT the correct address. That caused a lot of confusion and problems for our diver trying to get us there after dark to check in. The building did not even have a lighted sign when we finally found this non descriptive building in an area of what looks like warehouses.
There was a QR code and phone number in the room for the restaurant that neither worked. The WiFi password was not given or in tbe room and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for it. We never did eat at the restaurant.
Housekeeping comes around in the morning to clean the vacated rooms. They played music and sang quite loudly as they worked and we tried to sleep. The bathroom shower only had a flimsy shower curtain that didn’t keep water in the shower, so the floor ended up soaking wet. No floor towels, no hand towels, only two rather thin towels for two people to dry off. The towels never dried and housekeeping never serviced the room during out 2 night stay.
I would likely never stay there again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else to stay there.
