Great house!! Good location, short drive to both beaches. We have stayed at many air b&b and vrbos before and this was the first time we had to wait for the manager to let us in. Just seemed odd. Then the security cameras everywhere outside, felt like I was being watched every time I went out.

Family Vacation

Great location and wonderful house. It was perfect for us to be able to be so close to the beaches (we opted to go to Navarre Beach for the little). Donna was prompt with her responses. We would definitely stay again the next time we go to the Pensacola/Navarre area

Really Clean and Nice.

We've stayed at quite a few homes over the years with our family of 7. This one was different from the moment we showed up. We were greeted by the home manager and she walked us through the home's ins and outs and told us to reach out if we needed anything. The home was clean and very nicely decorated. But what put this home over the top for us was how amazingly stocked it was. The kitchen had all the things you'd need from home! Everything was also labeled, making finding and putting items away quick and easy. Also, many staple items like salt, pepper, oils, tea bags, coffee filters, paper towels, the things you might naturally forget at the grocery store on vacation were already there! The bathrooms each had an abundance of towels, so I wasn't having to wash and dry like a crazy mom to make sure there were clean towels for everyone each day. And just like the kitchen, the bathrooms had many of the items you may forget to bring like Q-tips, cotton balls, tampons, soap, etc, etc. There was also enough laundry detergent for our entire stay, which is never offered at other homes we've stayed at. The garage offered beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon incase you didn't bring any. But the cherry on top was the complimentary cozy socks to wear in the foot and calf massager! I did that bad boy every night - such a nice touch! I really appreciate the owners consideration towards the details of making our vacation stay in Navarre seamless.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It supplied a pack-n-play and a high chair which was so convenient. Each room has a TV so all of our kids got to keep their typical bedroom setup from home which was also perfect!

A Perfect Coastal Getaway Clean, Thoughtful, and Pet-Friendly!

Our family (including our beloved fur babies!) had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 11 days in May 2025. We've been coming to the area during this same week for the last 14 years, and without a doubt, this was the cleanest and most hospitable home we've ever stayed in.From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts truly care about their guests’ experience. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality cookware—everything you could need to make any type of meal, and then some. It felt like home, but better!They went above and beyond when it came to beach gear: plenty of beach towels, a wagon, chairs, toys, boogie boards, coolers—even dog towels! Every single detail was so thoughtfully taken care of, which made packing and planning so much easier for us.We also felt so welcomed and at ease that it honestly felt like we were locals for a while. One tip: go ahead and grab the 7-day pass for 25 and check out the beaches at Santa Rosa or Fort Pickens. They’re part of the National Park system, much quieter than the main tourist spots, and absolutely stunning.This home is truly a gem—we feel blessed to have stayed here!

Best Vrbo Ever

Everything about this house was perfect. It was truly fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could imagine. Food, toiletries, paper goods, games, book exchange, great fenced in yard for our doggo. The bedding was not only beautiful it was so very cozy. Communication with the property manager was immediate, pleasant and professional. Dogs at the beach

The house, accommodations, yard, supplies were wonderful. Check in and out was seamless. Hard to find a location for dogs and the property had a fenced backyard which was great. The neighborhood was not that great but seemed safe and the distance to the beach was 30-35 minutes either way.We had a wonderful time despite the distance to the beach

Between Two Beaches!

We can’t say enough about how perfect this house was. It is fully stocked and has anything you could possibly need. It was very clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We also loved the location and being in the middle of two beautiful beaches. We were extra thankful that it was work from home friendly with a desk in the master and pet friendly. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in, we hope to be back!

Everything you need

This house was beautiful and stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the bathroom. Donna met us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. They were so accommodating with our pets. They had extra blankets and towels to use for the pets and a wonderful fenced in backyard area including a dog waste receptacle. The beach equipment was just as pictured. Great beach wagon with big wheels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. It was nice having multiple beaches to choose from but depending on the day it was a little bit of a drive to get to the beach and find parking. No fault of the homeowner though. My kids lived ALL of the books and especially the little play theater (that provided hours of entertainment for them). Overall great stay and the homeowner seriously probably thought just about everything. This has probably been one of the best Vrbo’s I have stayed in regarding accommodations, etc

25th Anniversary vacation

Great house and a great neighborhood. House was decorated nicely and clean. Unfortunately we did not see any bears while we were there. Thank you for a great house and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Donna and family for a great time!!

Absolutely AMAZING

Everything about our trip, the house, Donna and location was phenomenal!! We had the best time and made so many unforgettable memories!! The house was truly a home away from home!! It had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bedrooms to family time in the living room/back porch to the beach!! The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a rental….and I layed in all of them lol Donna was easy to communicate with, sent reminders and recommendations!! We even had someone meet us at the house during check in for a tour!! I honestly did not want to leave!! It felt like home!!

Gulf Breeze Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. Very well appointed, and very comfortable. It was also convenient distance to grocery. We didn’t use them, but there are games galore, for all ages. Our contact, Donna was very easily accessed either by phone call or text. This was our first time to stay in the Pensacola/ Navarre area, and I’m quite sure we will be back.

Great visit to Gulf Breeze

The house we rented was amazing. The owners and rental company were extremely helpful and customer focused. We would most definitely rent this property again. We have rented a number of vacation homes, but this is the first time the house contained every thing you could want. The pantry was full of food, which was a total surprise. One thing we really like is the owner labeled every drawer, light switch, they even included photos of how the items are organized. We had a couple small issues which were immediately addressed. As for the area it is absolutely beautiful with plenty of things to do. The restaurants are plentiful with great food.

Enjoyed Easter Break with Family

We have been traveling with the kids to another state each spring break for a few years. We really enjoyed seeing this part of Florida and adding a new area to our list of places visited. The house was extremely nice, and we wished we had more time on this trip. The owner’s have thought of every detail to help make the home a relaxing getaway.
