„Excellent location and cozy house! We were visiting Victoria to celebrate my sister’s graduation from UVic and it was great for working remotely, 5-15 min driving distance and bus available to downtown and UVic. It was great to have a parking spot. The place was very clean and was perfect for having dinner with family. “

„Everything that was in the instructions corresponds to reality. It was very nice that there were some products and absolutely all the dishes in the boxes, so I could cook any food for the child in any form. Gorgeous view, friendly atmosphere and close access to the beach near the lake, where my family enjoyed a wonderful holiday. „Quiet…very well appointed decor. No television. There is a …Microwave small bar fridge lots of supplies coffee tea and condiments …except no hand wash dish liquid. Used hand liquid soap dispenser in bathroom to wash some dishes and mugs. No heat or A/C control in the room. Sink used was the bathroom sink. To fill coffee dispenser and kettle. Lots of assorted bedding … bed was absolutely dreamy very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of pillows and bedding …there is an iron and iron board and ...

„Property exactly as described. Very well equipped, very clean, fabulous outside deck when the weather is good. Very quiet location. Steps/ walkway down to rocky beach, lovely little bay below. Had a great stay would definately go back Owner very responsive to our one inquiry.“

„We had a Workshop at UVic, and a Team Strategic Planning exercise. The space was good to sleep 6 people in their own rooms, have meals together in the kitchen, and strategic plan in the living room using the big screen tv and on the couches and chairs. It was totally adequate and a good price for our small start-up. Thanks for hosting us!“
