2025 Family Beach Trip

This was the perfect location for our bi-annual family beach trip. The open concept living/dining/kitchen space provided a togetherness and fun. The house is very well stocked with everything you needed and many things you didn’t know that you needed.

Fort Morgan Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Fort Morgan, AL! The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We had four adults and five children, and it fit our group perfectly. The beach was just a short 3-minute walk away, which made it so easy to enjoy every day. The neighborhood was quiet, welcoming, and felt very safe. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Great place! Host is wonderful and the house is loaded with amenities for the beach and for cooking. Only thing remotely negative is that the neighborhood is showing typical beach front community aging (charm?).

Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation

From start to finish, we had an incredible experience. The clean beaches and clear water, the location of the house and the proximity to the beach, the quiet and friendly neighborhood, and my favorite part, the fully stocked kitchen, was all wonderful. We enjoyed two beautiful beach days and the beach toys and buggy boards and umbrellas and wagons and beach chairs made our beach days perfect. We cooked breakfast and lunch every day and dinner all but one night at the house and there was not a single kitchen tool I needed that wasn’t there. By far the most well stocked kitchen of any beach house I’ve ever stayed in. We also really loved that the beaches were relatively quiet. Being spring break week, we expected a crowded beach but we had room to spread out and enjoy our group without a bunch of chaos around us. The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. There are several games at the house we enjoyed on the rainy day. Overall, our trip was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and the Ft.Morgan beaches.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay at this VRBO rental in Fort Morgan Beach was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care goes into maintaining this property. The entire space was spotless, fresh, and ready for us to unwind. It was exactly the relaxing escape we were looking for, and it exceeded all expectations! The rental had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and even some fun beach games ready for us to use. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our days by the ocean so much easier and more enjoyable. The ice machine was also a huge bonus—keeping our drinks and snacks cold without the hassle of trips to the store was a luxury we didn’t even know we’d appreciate so much.

We loved our stay and the house is well cared for. I especially love that the kitchen had everything labeld and everything in the pictures and descriptions were accurate. The ease of checking in and out made for an easy relaxing get away. We loved the ice machine and the access to the beach room. We liked that there are locals that live on the street. Fun in the sun

There is so much to say about this house! We had a party of five that included a three year old. The house is exactly as pictured and very clean. The large table in the dining area, seating in the living room, and Adirondack chairs on the front porch made it so easy to hang out together as a family. There was also plenty of room for the little one to play inside. The kitchen is well stocked. I really appreciated all the appliances and plastic containers,plus having a booster seat available.The extra shelving was great! I had low expectations for all the beach gear advertised. Those things are oftentimes not in working order, but everything at this house is in good condition. We used the umbrellas, beach chairs, wagons, and floats every day. The area is a little way from town, but we were okay with that. The beach was never crowded, and it was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

A Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is absolutely amazing! My family and I have stayed at many beach properties over the years and this was, by far, the best stocked beach home we've ever stayed in! It had everything we needed for the beach...umbrellas, wagons, chairs, toys, mats, coolers, and so much more. Of course, the commercial ice machine is amazing. We used the crab pot and the grill and both worked great. The house itself was immaculate and we were very impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked. There was a little hiccup at check-in, but the host was in constant communication and things got sorted out very quickly. We cannot say enough positive things about this property. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Good House for a Family Trip

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for our group of 10 and a great location for the beach. Lots of beach supplies and good kitchen selection, but I'd recommend bringing extra TP/paper towels/etc. Beach is an easy walk down the street and never was super crowded, even on the 4th.

Going with the flow

They say that a bad day at the beach is better than a good day in the office. Our stay was good but not perfect. Some minor maintenance issues came up during our stay through no fault of the owners. Melanie responded very promptly with each issue. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family and dog. Fort Morgan is a relaxed area away from the busyness of Gulf Shores. Melanie was a wonderful host! We enjoyed our short stay and hope to return! Thanks for everything, Melanie!

Awesome visit!

We stayed for 4 days. Weather was horrible and we had only for one beach day. However, the property and location was the best! I loved the natural surroundings at the beach with people fishing and dogs with families. During bad weather days we stayed in and watched Netflix and played Family Feud! It was the best and making memories!
