Outstanding View and Beautiful Condo

View of Emerald Green Water was amazing. Condo is on 2nd floor so very easy to use the steps versus elevators for convenience. Condo was furnished beautifully and was very spacious and layed out nicely. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Bed was very very comfortable and had nice tv's in the unit. Highly recommend!

Pheonix properties never dissapoint!

I have stayed in Pheonix condos lots of times over the last 36 years, they have always been the best and the condo we rented looked to have been updated recently, that only added to how pleased I was by choosing that particular unit at Pheonix 5.

Small but Mighty Condo

This one bedroom condo packs a large punch! The unit is the perfect size for a quick getaway for two. Comfy, cozy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is functional for quick meals and full on cooking. The bathroom is nice and has been updated. The bed was super comfortable as well. We have a great stay and will definitely keep this unit in mind for future visits to the coast!

AMAZING CONDO AND LOCATION

First full week vacation with our toddler (3 years old) and this was PERFECT! Phoenix V is great for those with younger kids because of the splash pad, pool with a 3' shallow end that goes all the way to 5', and easy beach access. The walk to the beach is short which is a plus. There are multiple stations along the boardwalk to wash the sand away so we never had to wait. I love that they fly the American Flag at the pole at the end of the boardwalk every day - a plus in our book! There are bathrooms just inside the doors at the pool which is very convenient. There are vending machines as well if needing a drink or snack. We never made it to the indoor pools other than to look but love that option is there had been a rainy day. This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer especially came in handy. Furniture is comfortable, the views are awesome and we LOVED being on the second floor having a younger child with us. The bars on the patio railing are close enough together we didn't have to worry about him slipping through and there weren't any large gaps to be concerned with either. Plenty of room for our family of 3 to hang out on the patio. We ate meals out here as well and enjoyed the views. Even with plenty of people at the pool below us noise levels weren't over the top, just your usual chatter amongst people. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for our stay. We brought snacks but ate out for our main meals so we didn't use anything in the kitchen really but if we wanted to cook, all the stuff was there at our disposal. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower area. I appreciated the two hooks on the back wall of the shower to hang towels/wet clothes/etc. The bedroom was perfect for us. I do have to give the comfortableness of the bed its own paragraph however. It was one of the main selling points for me before booking this condo and they didn't lie. That was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. So much so that I ordered the same pillows to be waiting on us when we got home and I'm looking into getting the same mattress and topper. I NEVER sleep through the night and usually lay awake for a couple hours once I do lay down. Once my head hit the pillow, I was out within 15 minutes and never remember waking up a single time through the night all week. I was so REFRESHED when I woke up from a good nights sleep. It was AMAZING. No joint pain, no neck pain, it was PERFECT.

Was mold around living area vent in ceiling. Elevators were horrible long waits so we took stairs. Went down stairs one morning to find a dirty used tampon on the first step. Definitely could use some updating, and alil cleaning!!

We really enjoyed our stay in our cute one bedroom condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Our two year old really enjoyed the slide and splash pad. We would definitely stay again!

Very cutely decorated beach comdo

My 2 adult daughters and I planned a beach vacation together before the pandemic hit and were very happy we were still able to go. The condo was very clean, conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the stairs and came with a reserved parking space in the garage. We felt very safe. The condo was beautifully decorated with a nice beach vibe and the bed was extremely comfortable! I wanted to bring it home with me! A great little place to stay and enjoy the beach!
