We really like this house a lot. It has everything you need for a weekend stay or a month. This house has a lot of extra things you don’t normally find in rental property. It is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was really hot, but the AC worked fine. Would recommend it to anybody.

A Weekend Oasis

Timothy and Frank have done a great job with this property from the remodel to the furniture to the comfort of the mattresses. We loved the proximity of the home to the beach, the aquarium and the ship island excursions. They were great communicators and quickly answered and remedied any questions or inquiries we had. We were very appreciative of the use of their lovely home for our family weekend getaway! Their hospitality contributed to the large success of our trip and that is really saying something with five children in tow! 5 stars all the way. Loved relaxing on the front porch swing. A slice a heaven not to be missed! You will not be disappointed. A must stay!

Great place... cozy and welcoming

If you're looking for a great place close to everything, this is the place. The inside is well decorated, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. The front porch swing and additional sitting area out back are perfect. The owner was very responsive thoughout our stay. You won't be disappointed in the least staying here.

Beautiful house
not a great neighborhood

The house was spotless and clean, beautifully furnished and well taken care of, but the lawn was in need of cutting. (It ended up being cut on our second day there, so maybe it was delayed due to the fault of the lawn care company.) Beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with amenities
coffee pods, spices, towels, etc. Great communication with owner and check in/check out was seamless. The only downside was the neighborhood, as I did not feel totally at ease in the area and I would not have felt comfortable walking to restaurants or the beach. Many houses were run down and in need of repair. Overall, the quality of the house is 5 stars, but neighborhood gets 3 stars.

Spring break road trip

We stayed here for 2 nights while on a spring break road trip. The house is clean and updated as the pictures suggest. I was glad to have read the reviews about the neighborhood before we stayed so we knew what to expect. Though it is an older neighborhood, we did not experience any issues during our stay.

Great Cottage Close to the Beach

Fantastic cottage, immaculately clean and so beautiful on the outside and inside. VERY close to the beach and restaurants. Host was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend.

Overall, this property has worked well for us. It is located in an older neighborhood with a mixture of young and older people. Neighbors have been friendly. We have extended out time in Gulfport.

Home away from home!

This house made it the perfect stay for us in Gulfport. The house is beautifully decorated and so clean! Fully stocked with everything you could need. Owners were very fast at getting back to you and communication was great. Feels like a home away from home!

Great location

We were down for marathon, we were close to start which was nice. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy at first but was very safe, Could hear train but unless you are a very light sleeper it is not very loud. Beds were very conformable, the kicthen provided all the items necessary to cook any meal you choose. Overall our stay was great, close to restaurants and beach we would recommend and stay again Thank you

Great getaway in Gulfport

We were very pleased with the accommodations and amenities. We utilized all the kitchen accessories to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal and really enjoyed our time together in this beautifully remodeled bungalow.

U S Navy Chief Pinning

We came into town for our sons U S Navy Chief Pinning. The house was beautiful ,very clean, and only 7 minutes from the Navy base. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe. I highly recommend staying here.
