Right we paid and booked the home, we get a message state the A/C unit is upstairs is not working. On Vrbo you can't get a refund after so many days and we booked a week before so we could get a Refund or so I thought. So we go ahead and make the trip to the vacation home. When get there check in is easy and the home was nise inside. We got to vacation home late in the evening so we decide to stay in the first night. We get ready to get in the bed and hair was under sheet and in every bed. In master bedroom hair, kids bedroom hair, queen bedroom hair. I contacted the property manager and she said she talk to the cleaning company and give us our cleaning fee back. Meanwhile no one came to clean. The next day water started leaking from the portable A/C units so i called the property manager. She had to come over and drain some of the water out so the portable A/C units would stop leaking.
