The property is located near Huda Metro Station in the vicinity of Sushant Lok.
Its a tall brown building with glass window facade. The entrance is huge & the decor looks good. I checked in on Sunday and the lobby was quite crowded. There is just 1 person to check-in guests & it took at least 15-20 min to get checked in. Also, they didn't know its an Expedia booking, referred to it as a travel agent booking. The details were also missing from the systems - had booked a full board package but they couldn't see it in the systems, so had to show it on Expedia app to confirm.
No-one at the concierge to even take the bags to the room, which was quite disappointing to see for such a hotel.
The room was decent, although i had requested for a bathtub room while booking but I don't think anyone had even gone through that (again a bit disappointing). Room had a good city view but the glass was quite dirty, it would be nice if they could clean it (would look much grand). Amenities & service of the staff was excellent.
The restaurant was good, staff was helpful there & the spread was decent for lunch, dinner as well as breakfast.
Overall, it was an average stay & by just fixing a few things they can make the guests stay much better.
