„We rented two units for 6 days. The property was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the security of the gated community, which was quiet throughout our entire stay. The amenities were up to our standards, including AC in all living spaces. The bathroom shower was large enough to fit two people, which is a plus. Overall, we would rent this property again when we come back to visit Guyana.“

„My family and I came back to Guyana after 33 years. The home met all our needs AC in the the main living area and portable AC in 2 of the 3 bed rooms. The third bedroom had a ceiling fan / stand up fan with a patio to enjoy the sea breeze. We were able to enjoy the fresh fruits from the trees (mango, papaya, cherry and sugarcane. „This place is FAR from luxury. I booked because of the other good reviews, but now I am heavily doubting those reviews are from real clients. One of the acs were not working and the refrigerator was leaking. On top of that the water coming from the pipes were rusty and smelled disgusting. The doors were terrible looking and rusty grills. It does not look like the photos! We were in town for 3 days due to a funeral and could not stand it any longer so we left the very next day. To add insult ...

„The propertvis as described, exactly like photos. All amenities are as stated. Wayne is very helpfull and accomdating. He responded promptly and supplied any request. The location is great, but the nearby road works was a slight inconvenience, but this is outside of Wayne's control, and hopefully this will not occur when the works are completed.
