„Great castle hotel!“

„Restaurant closed very early, there was no way to get any food. Elevator at the front door didn't work properly. Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. ...

„Celtic Manor is a huge resort that is beautifully presented. We stayed in the Manor House which is lovely and full of charm albeit a little tired in places. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Adventure Golf is fun. We also had Sunday lunch at Rafters which was delicious, with great service and fantastic views. The car park is not too close to the Manor House and is quite pricey. Just a consideration not to deter you as all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. “
