This is a one of kind unique mountain lodge retreat. The amenities of this upscale property are abundant. The lodge has 5 and 1/2 bathrooms. An indoor/outdoor gas fireplace share the same wall in the great room that leads to the deck. A large kitchen is ready for any function. An in ground hot tub that would resemble a small pool is located off the back deck. A water feature adds to the wonderful sounds of nature. All wheel drive are needed for winter months.

This is a one of a kind mountain lodge retreat like no other. It is not often that you can find a home like this with your own 750 acres of private hiking and fishing with all the amenities of this upscale property. Whether you are a large group or just like a large house this mountain ranch has something for everyone. The home has 6 bedrooms that have spots for up to 14 or more, king beds to queen beds to twins and day beds, there is room for all ages. There is also a 7th bedroom which is not a legal one so it is not counted as one. The lodge has 5 and 1/2 bathrooms. An indoor/outdoor gas fireplace share the same wall in the great room that leads to the deck. A large modern kitchen is ready for any function and is well equipped. If you are ready for a grill-off or just want to grill outdoors, two twin gas grills are ready for your use on the deck. An in ground hot tub that would resemble a small pool is located off the back deck. A water feature adds to the wonderful sounds of nature. For added fun you can play a game on the bocci ball court or throw some horse shoes. There is a game room in the barn that has a pool table, foosball, pop- a- shot and air hockey. The owners of this property also own the ranch next door which can be added if you need more space. It sleeps 8 more. This property is within 1/2 mile of the lodge and it is all on private land. We plow the road but you will need an all wheel drive vehicle in the winter months.

This ranch is an amazing place with things to do that you would never find at a normal vacation rental. 5 ponds with natural water rolling threw the ranch. Each property has its own exclusive pond which are stocked with fish. There is also 1 other common pond stocked and 2 others ponds that are not. Wildlife can be found everywhere and its hard to not see deer and elk enjoying the ranch. We have are own hiking trails on the ranch which are open threw out the 750 acres. Also national forest access is very near by with more hiking and exploring opportunities.

I am around during the work week and occasional on weekends.

The National Forest is nearby and hiking, rafting, tubing, skiing, horseback ridding, and much more.

WINDANCE LODGE HOUSE RULES

1. GUEST REGISTRATION AND REQUIRED AGREEMENT

Before arrival, we will send a liability and occupancy agreement through DocuSign. Every adult guest must complete and sign it, and a parent or legal guardian must complete it on behalf of each child under 18.

The booking guest is responsible for sharing these requirements with the entire group and ensuring everyone completes the paperwork before arrival.

Only registered guests with completed agreements are authorized to enter the property. The ranch is not staffed 24 hours a day, and incomplete paperwork may delay or prevent access.

Anyone entering the property without the required completed DocuSign agreement is not authorized to be there and will be treated as a trespasser. We will pursue prosecution for unauthorized entry.


2. FIREARMS

Discharging firearms on the property is prohibited.


3. HUNTING

Hunting requires prior permission from ranch management. An accommodation reservation does not include permission to hunt.


4. ATVs, OFF-ROAD VEHICLES, AND SNOWMOBILES

Guests may not operate ATVs or other off-road vehicles anywhere on the ranch, including ranch roads, trails, and pond access routes.

For riding outside the ranch, please trailer your vehicles to Sheep Creek. Do not ride through neighboring properties. Follow posted access rules and route restrictions.

Snowmobiling is permitted, but snowmobiles must stay off the cross-country ski and snowshoe tracks.


5. FIREWORKS

Fireworks are prohibited on the property.


6. CHILDREN AND WATER SAFETY

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around hot tubs, ponds, creeks, and all other bodies of water.


7. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

No lifeguard is provided. Water activities are undertaken at your own risk.

Adults are responsible for supervising children in their care and assessing conditions before entering the water.


8. SEASONAL RANCH ACCESS

During fall hunting seasons, access to some areas of the ranch may be restricted or closed.

Please confirm the access available for your dates with ranch management before booking. During your stay, observe all posted closures and management instructions.

9. FALL AND WINTER VEHICLE REQUIREMENT

During fall and winter, an all-wheel-drive (AWD) or four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle is required to access the ranch due to the grades along a short stretch of the public access road.
