„Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend.
