**Pool/Spa Policy: The pool/spa heater can be turned on for an additional $35 per day, plus tax, with a 4-day minimum. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival, as it does take 24-48 hours for the water to reach the set temperature.

Please note, once the pool/spa heater is turned on, it can take up to 2 days for the water to reach the set temperature of 86 degrees. This could vary depending on the weather, as the colder it is outside the longer it will take for the water to warm up. Rain can also affect the water temperature and the time it takes for the water to warm up. If the temperature outside drops below 55 degrees, the pool heater will shut off. Once the temperature outside reaches above 55 degrees, it will kick back on. The pool heater runs on a timer with the pool pump; it will run from 9am to 6pm. Even at maximum temperature, the pool will not feel like warm bath water. There are no refunds for pool heat due to weather.
