When we got there nothing was cleaned, trash piled up in kitchen, mess on the floor, among other things. Notified property owners said they had a crew on the way and never showed. We had to buy detergent, some supplies to clean up some things. There were hardly any cleaning supplies, mop and no bucket so difficult to clean much. We had to do all the laundry so we had clean sheets to sleep on. Contacted the property owner twice the next day before someone finally showed up. The hot tub and pool was supposed to be heated and set to 86 according to them. Pool was cold and hot tub wouldn’t stay warm. Asked us to try and trouble shoot it wouldn’t send anyone out to look at it. At the end they charged us an extra 148 for extra cleaning for dog hair and didn’t because we didn’t mop floors or clean counter tops. We didn’t know we were responsible for cleaning the whole house before leaving. This trip was for my Wife’s birthday and Christmas. They asked me if it was a special trip so they could do something nice, I guess their idea of a surprise was to leave a mess and charge us for cleaning it up. Would not recommend staying here.
