This property was very old and out dated. 1st off the listing said it had 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 shower,toiket & tubBedroom 2 toilet,shower only Bedroom 3 toilet, shower only Bedroom 4 toilet, shower only.In actuality Bedroom 1 was correctBedroom 2 -4 had no bathrooms in them on the 1 st floor it was a toilet and sink. On the 2nd floor was a full bath & a toiet and sink. My guest was expecting what i saw on VRBO. The bedroom with the queen bed was inside a closet it wlas a trundle bed which was not pulled down or made up. I called the property manager to find it and the sheets for the bed. She said they're in the drawer or closet. When i did find them i explained to her that they did not match it wasn't a complete set. It appears they had been there since the place was built. She was not a good property manager the best thing about this property was the view of Frenchman Bay. The property manager was so disrespectful and condescending she made excuses for everything i was tell her about property. She has no customer service or listening skills and her apologies were not sincere. I rent through VRBO alot and never have i ever showed up to a property and it didn't have exactly what was listed on thier description for the property. I rented 2 properties in Hancock at the same time the 2nd house was exactly as listed. I was very disappointed in this property and had to apologize to my guest because they were expecting their own bathrooms inside the rooms.
