Our home, nestled in over 50 acres of picturesque landscapes, offers an idyllic setting for weekend stays and private events. From the charming gardens to the serene meadows and enchanting forests, every corner tells a story of timeless elegance.

Our Hancock estate is approximately 3500sq ft and boasts three inviting bedrooms, including one king bed and two queen beds. Guests enjoy three beautiful bathrooms, one with double shower with towel warmer ideal for couples, one single shower and one shower/bath combination for a relaxing and luxurious experience. The property is appointed with high quality european linen sheets and towels, comfotable beds and multiple sitting areas. Heat and central air conditioning can be adjusted independently in each section of the home making the environment comfortable for a variety of guests. While we do have 6 working wood burning fireplaces in the dining, sitting rooms and bedrooms we ask our guests to inquire with the property manager before utilizing them.

The kitchen is well appointed and the brick patio has comfortable seating for 6 and a Big Green Egg for grilling in any season. The exterior boasts a lovely flower and herb garden, walled rose garden with fountains, a patio, and large deck overlooking Crotched Mountain, which is a ski area in the winter.
