« This property has very large rooms with seperate living areas and kitchenettes. I had a view of the riverboat, which was lovely. It was very clean as well. Bed was comfortable. FYI, you do need to contact the property for check-in information due to an issue with Expedia. Staff answered the phone right away and were very helpful! It is in a very walkable and safe area. Note, the train also runs right past the property, so you may have a horn blowing and the rumbling of freight trains going by....

« The hotel was inexpensive, but unfortunately the overall experience reflected the price. Although smoking was prohibited, the room next to us smelled strongly of marijuana, making it seem like the policy was not enforced. There was noticeable water damage in the rooms, along with an unpleasant odor throughout the property. « This motel was rated exceptional. What? Clean but shabby rooms. I asked the desk clerk if there was a restaurant in the area besides Hardee’s. He said that was it. A quick Google search showed he was lying or misinformed. The next morning, at 9:15, he ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign to tell me something incoherent about wanting to shut down the motel by 10, even though checkout was at 11. « No front desk, all transactions were done remotely! If there was any issue, it would have to be done over the phone! Thankfully everything was fine, but I not a fan of getting instructions on my phone to check in! What if my phone wasn’t working or not charged since I was on the road!
