„Amazing location and awesome views. Large balcony needed a sweep, a few dirty dishes in dishwasher and didn't look like laundry was done from prior guest. There was dry laundry in washer.Beautiful rooftop grass garden needed weeding.I would've given all 5 stars except for above and the fact that this beautiful property is only one block away from homeless drug users. Didn't walk to stadium due to safety concerns but Uber was only second away.Again, beautiful property and building and ...

„Great location as we were attending a conference and the walk was easy! The place was as described, and was comfy and provided what we needed for our trip! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We did not need parking but it was offered to us. The rooftop spot was perfect after a day of conferences. We had great weather so it came in handy! Easy walk to Westlake Station so take the light rail from the airport to save money! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle!“

„This place is a gem, centrally located, very very clean, host responded to any question, parking is included and easy once understanding it. We were 2 older friends never felt intimidated walking to pikes market or the space needle. Will stay again wonderful pedestrian city. Thank you again“

„We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a quick walk to Pike Market, Great Wheel, a corner market and many dining options. As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise. Everything we needed was there - plates, wine glasses, utensils, coffee, creamer, filtered water and personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Tastefully decorated too.
