« This Walloon Lake cottage is in a great location, close to Boyne Mountain and Petoskey. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large fenced yard for our dog. We had everything we needed for our stay and we really appreciated the extra touches such as the smore making ingredients and hot chocolate. We would definitely stay at the cottage again. »

« 2 of the windows did not lock, screens were ripped or missing, host did not reply to 2 separate phone calls from VRBO and 2 others since then, there was a loose board at the entrance, the stove was gross, there was no bedroom door on one of the bedrooms, we couldn't figure out the heater (it ended up getting extremely hot before we did), there was no hot water. In addition, VRBO has refused our request for a full refund. »
