« This is a quiet cabin in the country which was the perfect base to visit Shawnee National Forest from. It had A/C, WIFI, and QUIET which are all the things I was looking for. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were great to bring over a new coffee maker when the one in the cabin stopped working. It was a nice and relaxing trip with easy access to dining and scenery. Really enjoyable. »

Keith and Fred were very welcoming and we enjoyed talking with Fred and learning that all the woodwork was crafted by his sons, which is truly beautiful! « A perfect location for a solo retreat. The house is very rural and isolated, which is exactly what I was looking for. Check-in was as easy as could be, and communication with Allison was perfect. She answered all of my questions quickly and was a delight to work with. Because the property is so isolated, you will need to get supplies/provisions well before you arrive. It's a 30-minute drive to the Wal-Mart supercenter in Harrisburg, the closest town of any decent size. However, the spectacular...
