Sehr gute Lage (direkte Nähe zu Restaurants, Supermarkt und Shops), große Zimmer. Sauberkeit ok, amerikanischer Standard für derartige Hotelketten (Ecken werden einfach nie geputzt). Leider sehr laute Klimaanlage und nicht abstellbarer Ventilator im Badezimmer. Frühstück nicht allzu gut, aber irgendwas findet man schon...und wenn es nur Kaffee ist. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt (1-2Tage) in Ordnung.

I sincerely apologize about the issues you experienced regarding the loud noise coming from your air conditioner, and the loud noise of the fan coming from the bathroom in your room. I can understand how frustrating it must have been for you. I wish we would have had the opportunity to make it right before you departed the hotel. We would have done whatever it took. I do hope you allow us to restore your faith in our hotel and the Sleep Inn brand on your next visit to Harrisonburg.

Hotel als Zwischenstopp
Harrisonburg war als Zwischenstopp zwischen Washington und Raleigh gedacht. Für eine Übernachtung ok. Aber hätten wir eigentlich nicht gebraucht, da der Shenandoah Nationalpark uns nicht so begeistert hat.

Horrible stay. Was told on arrival the elevators were broken so I had to walk a 3 year old an 8 month up 4 flights of steps with bags. No offer to help. Sheets and blankets dirty and stained. Called to ask for replacements and shampoo conditioner which were not laid out and I was told to come down and get them. Down 4 flights with two children and no elevator to get new set of sheets that were ripped and tattered.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Lexy at the front desk was rude, elevator wasn’t working and the side door also wasn’t working. Creepy men standing around everywhere. Dirty carpets, dirty chairs. And their “breakfast”??? Waffles and bread!!!! Hahahahaa an absolute joke, they have to be paying people for reviews

The room was very basic. Not many extras. Had two queen size beds that were comfortable, a nice size tv and refrigerator. One desk style chair and an armchair. Not much space for sitting other than on the beds. The bathroom was not very clean and was very outdated. We were at the end of the hallway, and the there was only one elevator, and it was at the other end of the hallway. It was a bit of bumpy ride when we used it. The parking area and landscaping were nice. There is ample parking. My check-in persons were all very friendly and professional. Breakfast was offered but we didn't eat any. They also have a small exercise room, but we didn't use it either. I believe the room prices were higher for the graduation weekend when we stayed here. If the normal prices are this high, then I don't think the accommodations are worth the price of approx. $250 per night.

The bed was so comfortable! Staff was friendly. Basic breakfast items: scrambled eggs, sausages/ bacons, bagels, toasts, waffles, sereals, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, and milk. Overall, it is not a high end hotel, but we stayed comfortably.

This is a lovely home across the street from beach access. We were only 4, but there is plenty of room for 8 to eat, sleep and hang out in the living room The location is super convenient and the hosts were very clear on what to expect and were very quick to respond to questions. Hope we can return if we are in the area

All of the vending machines were out of order. The front desk barely answered the phones. The room was not clean up to our standards. And we were woke up around 5am because the roof was leaking onto our bed. Worst stay I’ve had in a long time.

Property is a great simple hotel very accessible to James Madison University and local shopping/restaurants. Hotel offers basic amenities. Tub in room has seen better days and unfortunately the morning coffee can barely be called such. Good coffee located close by.

Check-in was easy! I had a very helpful chat with the woman at the front desk about the area. My room was just what I needed. My main complaints is the tub looked gross so I did not shower as I’d planned and also the walls were too thin, as I was able to hear people speaking loudly in the hall, the woman next door also speaking loudly and the children running around above me.. but overall I Did enjoy my stay:)
