First time at this property, but return visitors to Exuma & it was another fabulous stay. Communication w/ house manager Anna was perfect - she was helpful before/during the stay. We loved the kayaks. The homeowners sent a packet which included a map of their favorite kayak spots. We had intentions of making those trips, but it seemed like a much bigger undertaking once we had done the closest options, so we stayed close to home. We also had some windy weather that likely impacted the kayaking conditions.Right in the waters off the house, we saw turtles, a stingray, a lemon shark, crabs, frogs, & fish.We rented a jet ski from Exuma Splash Zone & had a great experience! They delivered & picked up right at the house.We rented a boat through Island Exclusive but it was canceled due to winds, so we visited Stocking Island via A1 Water Taxi and it was great! Don't miss Stocking Island -- get dropped off at Chat n Chill & then walk over to Peace & Plenty from there! Always one of our favorite days!We brought two suitcases of food from home which we never regret -- lots of the kids favorite foods and snacks and a cooler with frozen meats. Then we get a delivery order from Exuma Markets and stop at Smitty's for alcohol.House furnishings are great, beds are very comfortable (but could use some firmer pillow options). Water pressure in showers leaves a lot to be desired but that's common in Exuma. Pool and bball hoop was a blast!We would definitely return to this house!
