« Breakfast was excellent »

« Fantastic stay. Best hotel experience I’ve had, probably ever. Room was perfect for our week stay. 2 bedroom suite for 5 person family and kitchen saved us so much money on food and had ample space for everyone to move around and not be on top of each other. Pool was amazing-kept kids entertained all week. Friendly staff. Lots of outdoor space. Could have stayed longer. Very comfortable stay. »

« The room smelled strongly of marijuana, very dirty, floor sticky, phone didn’t work, internet was very intermittent, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Staff at front desk were very nice. I’ve been here before but this time the room was very unacceptable. The older front desk staff member is excellent, very nice and caring!! »

« We were there on a hot/ humid day. The room was not only clean, but nice and cool when we arrived and remained that way all night. »

« I was very pleased with all the processes. Had a small malfunction with the mini Fridge but overall a good stay and enjoyed the breakfast options. »

« I was able to check in a bit early with no hassle. My room was nicer than expected with lots of space. There was a full size refrigerator ready to use with standard temperature. The exercise room had good quality and functioning equipment. Parking and room accessibility was easy. I accidentally left my room key cards in the room. Staff allowed quick access and I was able to stay on schedule. I would definitely look to stay in a Staybridge again. »

« The staff were very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed having a variety of options for breakfast. The room fridge didn’t keep our food very cold and water temperature for showering didn’t get very hot. »

« Quiet hotel near Mayo Clinic. Air conditioning could be updated. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast options were OK. »

« The good: Clean room, comfortable bed, very kind staff, great breakfast, convenient parking garage. The bad: Wall outlets in the room were all very loose and nothing would stay plugged in (the weight of the plug would cause it to fall out). There were no bath towels in the room (I assume the cleaning staff just forgot to replenish them). Overall a pleasant stay. »

« From sweet Breck who checked us in and helped us find a room that worked for my husbands wheelchair to the afternoon clerk Josh who helped me heat up our dinner to the helpful lady at check out who helped me switch the charges to another card, everyone was wonderful! There is a reason this property is an award winner every year! They are outstanding! The wall full of award plaques is very indicative of the experience you’ll receive!! »

« Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets »

« Staff were always friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool were a plus for me. Did not need to go outside for any of my appointments at Mayo Clinic. Easy access to everything. Lord Essex restaurant has a great breakfast. Highly recommend the Kahler Grand Hotel. »
