« Our review of the property at Sun Filled Lake House Living property from July 10 to July 18, 2026.Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the character of the old-style cottage. The setting nestled in the woods was beautiful, and having two outdoor sitting areas was a great feature. « We do not drop poor reviews lightly. We rented a two unit house for 5 nights for 3,000. Out confirmation said we would have the place to ourselves. Instead, we had noisy construction crews on site, without any warning. When we complained and specifically asked that no one be on site for the remainder of our stay, the host agreed. The host management (TYCA) was defensive and unhelpful when issues were raised.We found live cockroaches. A major issue confirmed by previous reviews noting the host knew about the problem and had placed poison out.
