Hastings Buzz is a characterful three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Hastings Old Town, positioned directly on lively George Street and just a short walk from the historic seafront. Set on the first floor, the apartment combines a comfortable layout with everything needed for a relaxed stay. The living area has comfortable leather sofas, a glass coffee table, a reclaimed wood feature wall, and a dining table with seating for six. The three bedrooms offer a king-size bed, a double bed, and bunk beds, making the apartment flexible for families and groups.

PROPERTY LAYOUT

Hastings Buzz is a first-floor apartment accessed via a communal entrance shared with Flat 2. There are 18 stairs from ground level to the apartment entrance, with no lift.

The apartment has a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and three bedrooms.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA

The comfortable open-plan living and dining area provides plenty of space for guests to relax together, with leather sofas, a rustic wooden coffee table, reclaimed wood feature wall, and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with an electric hob, microwave, washing machine, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A Smart TV for streaming all your favourite shows (log in with your own details) and complimentary Wi-Fi are also provided for relaxing evenings in. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with salt and pepper, are provided, so please help yourself.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats.

The three-bedroom layout works particularly well for families and groups travelling together.

ABOUT THE AREA:

Hastings Old Town is one of the most characterful parts of the Sussex coast, with narrow historic streets, independent shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and traditional seaside attractions all close by. From the apartment, guests can easily explore the seafront, Hastings Castle, the Stade and the famous fishing quarter. The Old Town is also a great base for discovering the wider Sussex coast, with Battle, Rye and other coastal towns within easy reach by car.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

This Property is pet-friendly. An additional £95 after pet stay, hypoallergenic cleaning fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance what type of pet you are travelling with, so arrangements can be made.

Check-Out

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes.

Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.

Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.

Switch off the lights.

Close all windows.

Turn down the heating.

These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
