THE SPACE

UPPER LEVEL
Floor-to-ceiling windows on both levels fill the home with natural light and lake views. The open upper level includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen in a connected layout with industrial design touches throughout.

The kitchen features an island with counter seating, a full range stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. Cookware, drinkware, silverware, plates, a tea kettle, and a French press are provided. A sliding door opens to the upper deck.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The separate master bathroom has all Kohler fixtures and connects to a spacious walk-in closet with hanging space and drawers.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level offers additional living space with direct walkout access to the yard and lake. The main area includes two couches, a pullout sleeper sofa, and a dedicated office space with an electric sit/stand desk and office chair. Large windows provide open views of the lake, and two televisions offer entertainment options.

The lower level bedroom includes a full bed, bunk beds, and a television. It sleeps up to three guests and features large windows overlooking the lake. The full bathroom on this level includes all Kohler fixtures and a standing shower perfect for rinsing off after the lake.
