„Hotel and staff were nice. Beautiful and delicious hot breakfast with a large assortment of food. We were in a wing with central air conditioning that is not individually controlled and I did not know that. The A/C was off for the winter (end of October and it was a warm day) and the room was warm when we checked in. The staff got us fans so that we could open the windows and cool off the room. Thankfully the mini-market shop owner was able to point out the correct road to get to the hotel, which by the way, is really a motel by US standards. However, under the current (bombed out) circumstances of part of the property, the management did a superb job of providing a great set of amenities to compensate.“
