« It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. »

« We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we...

"Superbe chambre au calme avec vue sur les montagnes, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, et lit trĂšs confortable. Parking extĂ©rieur rĂ©servĂ© aux clients de l'hotĂȘl. Seul bĂ©mol non nĂ©gligeable pendant les fortes chaleur et incomprĂ©hensible pour un hĂŽtel de ce standing : l'absence de climatisation ! Car difficile d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres pour rafraĂźchir la chambre en raison des moustiques... (pour rappel l'hotĂȘl est Ă©quipĂ© d'une piscine extĂ©rieure et est Ă  15 min Ă  pied du lac)"
