„The room was incredible and the staff are the most thoughtful. The view is so magical I spend a whole week in their studio name “Contentaita” just admiring the volcanos and the birds around. There’s a kitchen so if you want to cook and just chill in your own space. This is the place. “

„Das Personal war anfangs, warum auch immer, verwirrt bei meiner Ankunft. Selbst mit Buchungsbestätigung am Handy mit eindeutiger Buchungsnummer dauerte es eine Weile, bis ich die Schlüssel hatte. Aber die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Am Ende war ich sogar kurz Gast der Geburtstagsfeier der Tochter eines Mannes, den ich als Besitzer vermute. Herzliche Leute. “

„Room was clean and property was well taken care of. All the staff was professional and had no problem answering our questions. The hotel has a gate to walk through, not just anybody can come inside and the parking lot is also gated so they have staff that manage these services. Casa serena is located in a quiet, prosperous area that is walkable with at least 3-5 bars/restaurants nearby. We literally have zero complaints!“
