This side of the island is truly magical….away from the hustle & bustle of the big city. This is why we were looking forward to our stay on the Windward side. As we were getting ready to begin our trip to Oahu from Kauai, we learned that construction was going to be taking place specifically at the condo that we were going to be staying at. From that point, I was in direct contact with our host. Communication was very easy and our host made every effort to ensure our comfort despite the ongoing construction. He was even willing to refund our housekeeping fee and one day of stay to offset the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. When we arrived, our host had accidentally provided the wrong check-in details, but he immediately took my call and patiently guided us step by step—from where to park, how to access the lockbox, how to use the key fob for the elevator, and where to find the condo once inside.Overall, it’s clear that our host is passionate about hospitality and wants to ensure that each of his guests are taken care of. Thank you for your time and working with us. Your condo provided us a wonderful place to stay and enjoy this side of the island.
