What else? »

« The cleanliness was good. The only slight letdown was the food and breakfast, which was just average and could use some improvement. Despite the food, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it, especially for the prime location and quality of the property »

« Great feeling with the renovation and upgrades. I am pleasantly surprised. Food was really great. It felt nice returning to Lucknow and stay at the Clarks because of our past shared history with the town. Clarks was then the only star feeling in a small town steeped in its own culture, time and moods. »

« The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. This affected the overall experience and level of comfort expected during the stay.
On the positive side, the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options available each morning. The staff at the breakfast area...

« This was the worst hotel on Expedia. The room didn't have a lock , no towels, bugs everywhere, smelly non breathable air , TV was not working, bedsheets was not changed . The pillow had a big hole and was so old. My chest got congested and I was coughing blood after few hours in the room. »
