By telling us what you liked about your stay and how we can improve, you are helping us deliver a superior experience for you and other guests in the future.In reading your comments, it appears that it has been several years since you last visited our property.I regret you were disappointed that we do not provide breakfast service at our hotel. In December of 2019, (prior to the pandemic) our hotel went to a breakfast package program with our on site restaurant located just steps away from the hotel lobby in the parking lot. The breakfast package is available for booking on bestwestern.com. Currently, while the restaurant is closed and going through renovations. Our breakfast package is temporally being offered at Alexander's Café, in our sister hotel across the parking lot. The restaurant will reopen on approximately May 15, 2024.In 2022, the rooms formally known as our Villa rooms, where you previously stayed, were rebranded with Hilton and renamed to The Lodge at Healdsburg. Immediately after the rebranding, each hotels web page and booking channels were updated reflecting the change. Both properties have totally different web pages and booking channels which accurately describe each hotels' facilities, room types and amenities. That includes pictures of each room type available for booking on each properties web site. The difference between to two properties is very clear.Guests of The Lodge (Hilton) pay a premium price above those of the Best Western Dry Creek Inn guests for upgraded guest rooms and for the use of their property amenities described above. Thus, making the use of The Lodge's amenities for the use of their guests only..Thank you again for taking the time to complete this review We appreciate your loyalty to our hotel and Best Western. I regret you were disappointed in your stay at our Best Western hotel. Please be assured all the pictures displayed on the Expedia web site are true and factual. We are a Best Western Core hotel that offers great value in a town were hotel prices are very high year round. In reading your comments it looks like you were looking for an upscale hotel experience which our hotel does not offer or advertise to be. There are many upscale hotels located in Healdsburg to choose from that offer rates starting from 200 -400 more per night than our Best Western. Thus, making our hotel a great value on any given night.
