Fees Upon Arrival

• Resort Fee: A $34 per night resort fee is already included in your stay, covering the outdoor pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room, game room, self-parking for one vehicle, internet, and a shuttle to and from downtown Park City.
• Incidental deposit: A 20% authorization hold is placed on your credit card at check-in and released at check-out, provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.

Important Information

• Guests must be 21 or older to check in.
• Pets: Pet-friendly. Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee of $150 per stay; service animals are accommodated at no charge. Please notify us before arrival if you are bringing a pet. Your reservation includes all pet fees and taxes based on the number of pets you entered in your booking - the resort reserves the right to change additional fees if the number or type of pet changes. Guest will be required to abide by the resort's responsible pet stay policies (available upon request). Availability of pet-friendly units may be limited, your pet-friendly reservation is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
