Welcome to Westgate Oasis, a one-of-a-kind Heber Springs retreat offering more than 2,700 square feet of indoor space plus a backyard designed for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying time together. One of the standout features is the private path through the backyard gate leading to Sandy Beach State Park, with the water approximately a 5-minute walk away.

Inside, the home offers comfortable gathering spaces with plenty of room to spread out. The living area features leather seating and a Smart TV, while additional Smart TVs can be found throughout the home, including the bedrooms, kitchen, den, and sunroom.

The kitchen is built for cooking and entertaining, with a 6-burner chef’s stove, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. When it is time to eat, enjoy meals around the large dining table with seating for eight.

Just off the main living spaces, the sunroom provides another place to unwind and includes a dry bar, stainless steel refrigerator, and Smart TV.

Outside, the backyard is designed to be a private oasis. Relax by the pool, stretch out in a lounge chair, enjoy the hammock, or gather beneath the covered outdoor dining area. A combination gas and charcoal grill makes outdoor meals easy, and Edison-style lighting adds a warm atmosphere in the evenings.

Westgate Oasis is located in a quiet Heber Springs neighborhood just minutes from Greers Ferry Lake, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and multiple marinas. Heber Springs Marina is approximately 2 miles away and offers boat rentals for exploring the lake.

Guests can also enjoy nearby trout fishing on the Little Red River, local nature trails, Bridal Veil Falls, downtown Heber Springs, and the historic Gem Theatre.

GOOD TO KNOW
The pool can be heated during select spring and fall months for an additional fee and requires advance notice. Guests bringing a boat can use one of several nearby launch locations.
