Lindsey’s is awesome it’s right next to little red river and has docks to fish off of and is only minutes away from #3 trout spot on little red river and the lake at the dam.. awesome spot!!!

I booked a cabin with a fireplace and got a motel room with no fire place at a resort that books through hotels.com. The resort said hotels.com does that alot and they have talk to them several times but it still happens. The room was very small and had no comforters on the beds just sheets and very thin blanket. The hot water didnt even last 5 minutes any of the 5 times we tried to shower. Quite the let down when you think your getting a nice cabin and a fireplace. They dont give you a confirmation email either to prove what you got. All I had was a screenshot I took. It just showed the arrival and departure dates saying no need to confirm reservation.

The cabins were clean. The staff members were friendly. We had a riverside view with a fireplace. The fireplace didn't work. But overall a pleasant time.

Totally Enjoyable
Enjoyed our stay at Lindsey’s. It’s close enough to town to make a run in for any groceries, shopping, eating out or entertainment. Had a great view of the river. Had a great meal at the restaurant.

I liked the floor plan of the cabin. I did NOT LIKE the shared porch. the neighbor was always out there smoking & I couldn't stand it!

The property was lovely but the word "resort" insinuates there would be something to do there. It's really just a campground with cabins. We couldn't get in the pool because it was closed. You can't get into the river. I think they do have a restaurant there but it was closed so we had to go into town to get food .Because it was 106° out we mostly just sat in the cabin and watch TV. If you have little kids and you're looking for something that has entertainment, this probably isn't a good place for you. But if you're looking for a place that's just pretty quiet and you just want to lay around, this would be a winner.

we booked a room with a water view and was giving with building in front wanted to rent a boat for a day called before arriving and said they were all booked up all day Friday not one boat left the docks

Quiet and relaxing stay
We enjoyed the comfortable beds and shower in our cabin, and appreciated the kitchenette and patio area and chairs in the back. The river was beautiful and relaxing to sit next to, and the fog over the water in the evening was amazing. We wished the pool would have been available when we were there, but overall a great overnight stop for our trip.

Would not make good on our stay
The pool was not in working order and we had our two grandchildren with us. Hotel would not refund our money, and we did not stay there. The whole intention of staying at Linsey’s, was to relax with the kids at the pool after a morning at Blanchard Springs Caverns. Will Never book at this place again!

This is just a few miles from the dam and town. Great fishing on the river. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms at a great rate.

Great place to stay and fish in the Ozark's!
Excellent location for a getaway. The property was very clean and the staff were outstanding. I fished two days with their guides (Sam and Levi) and caught more trout than I could keep count of. My only regret is not eating at the restaurant which I heard was outstanding as well. I'll make sure to eat there when I return again!

Please be aware that the restaurant is only open Friday and Saturday and the kayaks pictured haven’t been there since Covid. Incredibly kind staff, cute place in need of a deep clean and make over.

The resort was awesome. It was very relaxing and calm. It was mostly a fishing resort and since we didn't fish, we really didn't get much from that part of it, but it was still enjoyable.

Unique place to stay, however banquet going on one evening with very loud music playing till nearly midnight! Limited amenities in room. Water heater very small, less than 5-8 minutes of hot water.

I was given misleading information about this property from Expedia and it ruined my trip! I booked the room that Expedia showed to have a king bed, jacuzzi tub, fireplace and to be waterfront. When we arrived on the property, our room had none of the above amenities and they property was fully booked so they could not accommodate those amenities. It ruined the whole trip! The amenities were the entire reason we booked this stay and I was so misled by Expedia!

It was a nice place to stay but the heater was not very good and the mattress was uncomfortable. There was also no breakfast or place to get breakfast on the resort in November
