« This was our second time staying at this property. I have family in the area and this property is very convenient and fits our family of 5’s needs. It’s clean and spacious. The outside area is beautiful although the weather kept us from enjoying it on this trip. Our only issue on this visit was that the unit seemed to be lacking some silverware (basic forks & spoons- not enough for 5 ppl) and limited towels. Oddly we couldn’t find any bath mats so we had to use towels which meant even more...

« Clean property, new appliances, and all the basic amenities you need to stay somewhere. The host clearly explained everything and was responsive to questions. The private parking lot was very welcome since street parking is hard to find and the distance to UAB was convenient for the purpose of our trip. I would definitely choose it again if staying in Birmingham. The only downside is that an upstairs apartment is a little tougher for people with mobility issues, but the stairs did have railings...

« Place was as advertised... great view of the UAB area below Red Mountain. Parking was easy enough right out front. Place was clean, quiet, in a good area close to plenty to do and see. Would definitely recommend... and will be looking for it on our next visit to BHAM. »
