They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all. »

« PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT STAY HERE THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED THOROUGHLY I BOUGHT MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLES AND THANK GOD I DID! SHEETS HAS HOLES IN THEM AS WELL AS THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH TOWEL FOR THE PEOPLE THAT BOOKED THERE MY SECURITY DEPOSITED WAS KEPT DUE TO ME USING THEIR TOWELS. AND WE WERE WERE DISRESPECTED AND CALL DIRTY IN THE LETTER THAT WAS EMAIL STAFF WAS UNPLEASANT HOUSEKEEPING WAS RUDE AND NASTY TO US NEVER WOULD I EVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH ANY LOCATION LIKE THIS AGAIN »

No ice box in room, toilet got clogged took 3 times asking to get fixed. very small poor selection for onsite snacks and necessities. hotel room carpet was dirty. walls were dirty. bed was great and comfortable. if staff is going to represent Radison they should dress professional and not speak another language in front of guests, it makes the guests feel like you are taking about them. when I asked for...
