„Bed bugs. I left right after checking in and didn’t go back“

„There were already so many reviews about how unkept this hotel was and they have made no effort to fix anything. The floors were disgusting. The bed sheets looked worn out. The pillow cases were dirty. The lamp shades were broken and old. The doors that you’re suppose to use key cards for, didn’t shut at all.“

„This is not a hotel you want to take your wife to. It is okay for a man on his own but it did not meet my expectations. The staff was friendly. Check in was slow and tedious since I had booked through Hotels.com. The total cost was more than quoted because they charged a service fee for using a credit card. The room itself was clean but the carpet was dirty and the sheets were dirty on one of the two beds. We were supposed to have a room with a queen bed. “

„As always, my stay was comfortable in a cool, clean and sufficient room. Front desk was pleasant as always. It is a no frills hotel, so don't go expecting room service. However, the room is clean and stocked with clean towels and soaps. I stay here when I work in Abilene and it has never disappointed.“

„The room was nice and comfortable but the cleaning staff did not clean our room or furnish clean towels until we asked for them. The front desk staff was not helpful at all and were really rude. No one would answer the phone and it took several calls to get them to answer. They also charged me a $100 deposit that was not stated on your website. I would not recommend this hotel at all.“

„Was quiet“

„Unsere bereits bezahlte Buchung konnte nicht gefunden werden. Check-in dauerte dementsprechend lange 40 Min. Für eine Nacht auf der durchfahrt in Ordnung.“

„This was an inexpensive place to stay and it served its basic purpose, but the room could definitely use some attention. The room was quite dated, there were visible cigarette stains/burn marks on some of the bedding, the mattress was badly caved in on one side, and the toilet was broken during my stay. I’ll be attaching a photo of the toilet issue. I mentioned these concerns to the owner when I checked out after he asked whether I had experienced any problems. I went through the issues with ...

„No prestan servisio de habitación“

„The place so so very charming“

„I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!“

„Very happy with our stay.“

„Clean room. Quiet. Awesome breakfast!!“

„I had to book the fairly quickly for a funeral and didn’t pay much attention to the room on line, so imagine my delight when I realized it had a full size fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils. Although I did not use much of those amenities, I would have had I realized it had it. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I would book there again.“
