„Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. If it had not been for the cleaners who happened to be there and helped us, the whole process would have been even more frustrating. Once we finally got inside, the room itself was ...

„Great Studio as as base for a few days within walking distance to centre. Free bike rental (single speed!) was perfect to get around even more! Windows are quite soundproof and curtains dark!“

„The location, the staff, and the apartment are really nice, the balcony view is excellent! The room was huge, the kitchen and bathroom had everything you might need, and there was enough coffee for the 4-night stay. The only unpleasant thing was that access to a gym had been promised in the hotel description on Hotels.com. Upon arrival I was told it would cost me 10 CHF for 90 minutes and then 10 CHF for every 30 minutes I add. This is not stated in the hotel description.“
