« The only issue I had was being charged twice due to a system glitch. My room was paid prior to me arriving but the day of check out the system charged my card again The front desk manager could not reverse the charge. She offered to write a letter to my bank requesting the charge be released. It took 5 business days before the charge fell off. »

« The pool and hot tub were not operational and apparently have been out of service since February. While I was offered a refund, this is something that should have been communicated before or shortly after booking rather than upon arrival. The hotel also had a noticeable sewage-like odor in the main halls that seemed to be masked by a strong perfume scent. « The hotel is pretty clean, we’ve been here before so we kinda know what to expect when we go, but it has been a year and a half. I don’t write reviews, but there were a few things that were just unacceptable that people need to be aware of before they book. Our fridge was out in our room. I made sure it was plugged in and looked at the back of it to make sure there weren’t any leaks. I walked to the front desk and asked if there was anyway we could get a working refrigerator from another room...
