« I did not even get parked before an employee walked out and told me I could not Park in a reserved parking spot. Even though it was not marked as reserved I was told I couldn't park there. Then I get inside and they tell me I do not have a reservation and I was unable to stay there »

« Room was clean. But light bulbs were out. The room phone didn’t work. I tried to call down to desk and I could hear the lady but she couldn’t hear me. I called 3 times. Every call she was rude like she was put out to answer the phone. The ac didn’t cool in the middle of the night just started making noise. I didn’t call about that because what was going to happen in the middle of the night with this unhelpful person? »

« The breakfast had roaches. I got the room for a friend from out of town. My friend was letting her grandchildren, also guest, take something food from breakfast back to the room. The man at the front desk said they couldn’t do that and if they took food back to the room he would call the police. Wow! »
