  • This fifth floor condo is nicely updated throughout with tile flooring and contemporary beach decor. The Kitchen features tile countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry while being fully-equipped with all the luxuries of home. The Dining Area has seating for six. The Living Room has been tastefully decorated with its comfortable furniture, flat screen TV and balcony access.

    The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom features a large sunken garden tub, vanity and walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, Two Double Beds, flat screen TV, slider access to the private balcony and its own en-suite Guest Bathroom. The Guest Bathroom features a tub and shower combination.

    Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off nicely updated it was not. Good location. Couldn’t enjoy balcony due to work being done of outside of next building started at 9am till 5 for 2 weeks. If I had known this would not have rented. It needs a good cleaning the coffee table and end tables have glass and you can tell no one has taken glass out to clean pretty gross. Needs to dishwasher rusted inside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing family vacation at this resort. We have stayed in Villamare before but never in this condo. The only downfall of the place was that it was not very clean. The floors were extremely sandy all over the condo and there was dirty towels and used underwear under the bed. Very dissapointing
